Pay is good for the role, and for the location. Benefits and reward systems are also pretty good.

Each unit seems to have 1000 senior managers and only two people who actually do the work. Too many senior managers all wanting to only attend meetings give their opinions and dish out tasks. The company is also extremely reluctant to hirer new people even where the need may be crystal clear. Easy to get overworked while someone else gets a pat in the back for successfully cutting down budget costs. Have seen the best and most hardworking employees chased out of the company because of this (they cannot get support) leaving behind only the lazy ones who have already given up on the company.
