      A pro that I find very useful is getting to watch PCT's and nurses up close to get a glance on what may be some of the things they do day to day.

      A con I would have for the job is just not feeling as involved as maybe one would like to be. Sitting down and observing overnight can be stale from time to time, but I do think the job is a good one if you are a 1st time healthcare worker that may aspire to do more. It gives a chance to see what other roles do on a day to day basis.

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
