      The other sales reps are fantastic and helpful! They are all in the same boat as you and more veteran reps are always willing to give tips.

      Absolutely no feedback. I was never reprimanded or warned and was on track to meet my first sales goal and I was let go with no notice. Since I'd taken a pay cut to come work here after 6 months of being recruited by them, this was a very poor outcome.

      Turnover. Most managers turnover in 2 years or less. Success rate for reps is sub 10%. Also they don't coach to develop, they coach to fire. Very old school way of thinking.
