Toxic management overshadowed a once-great workplace - Recensione dipendente - Scrum Master presso Erste Group

I worked for George. I resigned because I was bullied my manager who got promoted to this role in June 2025. That person was abusing me, insulting, harassing, humiliating me through entire year. He did it also in the front of SM chapter lead, who pretended that it never happened. I was regularly crying, had panic and anxiety attacks. I informed about it HR right before I left, but considering that it is corporate, not sure if there were any consequences. George was really cool place to work couple of years ago, but atmosphere there is really toxic now, especially since management changed.
