I wanted to like working here but there was very little to no training, because the manager rarely comes in to work. On top of that my co-workers spend SO much time texting on their cells (even during the busy hours!) and don't seem to know much about the food or even how the machines work. I've had to basically figure everything out myself. It's very frustrating, because I'm the newby and I feel like I'm doing a lot of the work, yet I get blamed for things going wrong (I've worked here for just a little over a week!). Even customers have told me that I shouldn't be having to deal with so much this soon. It really just makes the company look bad. I'm quitting as soon as I find a new job.
