Workload can become heavy during peak times like event weeks or curriculum planning, but teamwork helps balance it out.

Interacting with the children and families is such a special thing. Getting to have an influence in their lives is so important.

Underpaid, very little flexibility… difficult environment to maneuver. Can be very mentally, physically, and emotionally draining.
