Ethos Support has a welcoming and supportive culture. The training was well-organized and set me up for success early on. Supervisors are approachable, and there’s a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication. I’ve learned a lot about customer service and how to manage high call volumes while staying calm and helpful. They also offer flexible scheduling, which has been great for maintaining work-life balance.

Amazing team. Things have improved since the interim CEO has taken over. She is very visible and takes our chats. The former CEO, he was ok but really never around.
