OK - Recensione dipendente - Client Success Manager presso Ethos3

- Work/Life balance - Support from leadership - Continual growth opportunities - Great benefits -WFH - Small but very talented and dedicated team Ethos3 has been such a great company to come into. It's a small team - but what that means is that we all get to work together and we all get to play a part in the overall vision and success of the company. I don't think I've ever been in a role or company where I've received such trust from leadership. They've let me manage my work and have encouraged me to continue growing.

There's no where to hide here. If you're coming to just coast or do the bare minimum- this isn't the place for you. (Not actually a con in my opinion, but some might think so)

Pros Working at Ethos3 has been a great experience. Over the past year we have transitioned to a ROWE system (Results Only Working Environment), which has given me the freedom to choose from work ing remotely or on-site with the team. At first, I was cautious and thought this would cause work to bleed into my family life but instead I have been able to create a work/life balance I never thought possible. For the first time I feel as if an employer cares about my work but also my well-being. - Talented team - Rewarding work (we work with some of the most well known brands in America along with inspiring non-profits) - Great benefits including quarterly bonus, health insurance and 401K plan - Team perks (ex: weekend retreats)

Cons Like any company, Ethos3 has seen a fair share of highs and lows. Transitioning into ROWE was not easy for everyone and we had some turnover on the team. However, the team we have today embraced the change and support from our leaders in a positive way. I'm really excited about where our organization is heading.
