There’s a lot of swag and side perks: everyone is getting trips to New York. That’s cool. Generally, name brand is very good so people on the street like you. There is a blameless culture with respect to learning and mistakes and in a company admittedly learning on the fly, everyone makes errors. Insurance is really good! Stock awards are generous but with the vesting structure and the cratering economy and you get the idea. It’s the cool kids club. It really is. That’s the best we can do. That’s the best I can say. Room for improvement and maybe we’re trying.
