Company culture: very supportive, everyone is acquainted and familiar with one another and knows each other's roles, opportunities for travel depending on your role and skill base within the company, everyone's participation is highly valued and individuals are supported to grow and acquire career skills, women in strong and varied leadership roles, office is clean and spacious and very balanced in terms of working productively but also engaging with your coworkers, people are very smart and educated but relationships are casual and very friendly, collaboration-oriented and teamwork highly valued

It's a smaller company, so like any smaller organization, you are responsible for work and personal development. Training and support is there and someone is always there to talk with you, but it is essentially up to you to go as far as you want to be. Motivation and ambition in company is high and expected of the workers.

Everyone is great! The office is very young and there's a fantastic company culture. CEO is funny and personable and the pay is great.
