Whether your experience back then was as positive as we would have intended or not, it's great to hear you're still in touch with some of the team you made friends with. Like all businesses, we've undoubtedly changed a lot over the last few years - indeed, over our 25 year history! We welcome feedback in every form, and especially during the moment, so we can continue to evolve to reflect the needs of our clients and our team. Challenges like diversity are sadly industry wide.
