There is a positive, collaborative work environment. Such a great group of passionate professionals. I love my job!

Some growing pains, but I like to think of that as a good thing as well.

Amazing perfume collection if you love perfumes,

The company is extremely micromanaged they overwork you, show no appreciation, and can fire you without notice if you dare to stand up for yourself. They expect blind compliance and only value those who play along. Hard work and loyalty mean nothing here; favoritism and office politics run everything. It’s disappointing that so many great perfume brands are managed by a distributor like Europerfumes, which fosters such a toxic and unfair culture.
