Steady, consistent, challenging, great if you like doing the same thing over and over again

Absolutely no growth, not allowed, nowhere to go.

The compensation is acceptable but not impressive. The business in an interesting Industry that makes work more enjoyable. There are many opportunities to work in different areas of the company because of the small infastructure.

The management is poor. They do not provide clear focus or objectives and do provide feedback or support to employees. The management has also shown an inability to adapt to a changing market conditions. The location is undesirable being very isolated from any major metropolitan areas.
