"Yes Man" provides great "vision" but is extremely poor at execution, due to lack of industry expertise, sales or management experience - Strong history of hiring preference for top management positions given to inexperienced foreigners, while depriving the office of well deserving locals who have much stronger track record and tenure in the company - lack of investment in proper research and technology. Passport portal is so outdated and slow, its laughable to market ourselves as an innovative and forward thinking technology company. Research quality is dropping year by year, research analysts who claim to be industry experts are mostly fresh graduates with little industry exposure or understanding.
