I always felt like I was doing meaningful work that was directly helping advance the organization's mission and benefiting the people we served. Dynamic projects that were always changing and growing. I also got to attend conferences and presentations specific to my study interests for free.

      I had to self-teach myself some aspects of the job because the job is seasonal and I had to pick up where someone else had left off

      Not a whole lot, you will definitely learn more if you are a self-starter that has the passion for initiation and courage to ask for extras.
