European are a great company to work for. At a time where Recruitment has been tough, it was very refreshing and motivating to come in and see a company with so many live and active jobs with impressive credible companies. The company is well set up and also have amazing back office and HR support The management team are willing to help and offer good training and structure This role would be great for someone looking to do pure delivery and the commission available to you would be high For Business development they have an impressive CRM with an extensive range of candidates available They have invested well in recruitment tools and I would highly recommend this company Also a great office location and lots of team building activities

I joined the company right at the beginning, fresh out of University having relocated to Brighton, planning to try recruitment for 6-12 months to see how I got on.......David took a chance on me and now it is time for a new chapter, but almost 15 years later. I have nothing but positive things to say about European Recruitment and now European Tech Recruit in it's latest iteration. I've learned a lot, met some lifelong friends, and been consistently supported and challenged in equal measure. I can recommend the company unreservedly for new starters / grads like I once was, but also experienced recruiters looking for a new home. Engaging tech, warm colleagues and great earning potential. I'm moving on for a new chapter, but will look back with nothing but positivity and best wishes.
