If you're looking for a fun, challenging, innovative place to work, this might not be it. Very little room for growth, though upper management will say otherwise; promotions are based on nepotism and not merit; raises have been getting skimpier and skimpier each year; a lot of employees aren't paid their due and management has verbally acknowledged that, yet nothing changes (many positions pay way under the national average, though this company likes to brag about its sturdy finances); women might find it very frustrating to have their voices heard, if at all; very old school modes of thinking where executives will want to innovate but won't ever actually pull the trigger on things; no matter what position you're in, they want you to be a glorified salesperson; it's hard to get a seat at the table with these guys, and even if you do, you might find their old school jokes and behavior a little unnerving; senior upper management doesn't want to hear what anyone has to say unless it falls in line with what they're already thinking in their heads. The work really has no purpose, either. They try to sell you on the whole "help serve those who serve our country" nonsense, but upcharging servicemen and women for something they can more easily find online is not patriotic whatsoever, and that belief shows in the downward trending business across many of Eurpac's companies. Some of the offices really need to start employing green initiatives to deal with all the daily waste produced and no available recycling options.
