I had a very disappointing experience with the company. The HR team is unresponsive and lacks professionalism — even the most basic facilities like tissues are not provided. On top of that, the company’s credibility is so poor that I faced difficulties securing loans, which is a serious issue for any working professional. The work environment is extremely toxic. Office politics are rampant, and there is a clear regional bias — people often prefer working only with those from their own region, making it hard for others to collaborate or feel included. Team leads and managers are quick to take credit for successes but are the first to deflect blame during failures, often targeting individual team members. This lack of accountability and support creates a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy and growth-oriented career environment.
