No real cons, great organization

I have spent time thinking about this. There isn’t a single Pro.

This is not an organization that supports or enables its employees. Management are completely hands off, no support provided, check ins are non existent, performance reviews aren’t even a thing here. The only reason people are still with this company is because the market is so bad.
