2yEvention currently has a classic hybrid work environment to maximize our collaborative needs across all departments. We take all concerns raised by our employees very seriously and take necessary steps to address and resolve any complaints or concerns raised. We also provide regular training and education on diversity, equity, and inclusion for all our staff and leaders. We are working on making Evention the best that it can be, and we thank you for taking the time to let us know of concerns you may have had. We also appreciate the call out of our Implementation leader - we think he's pretty awesome too!
