Can get hectic, but luckily lots of support from leadership and other teams. Although there are training opportunities, it can take a while for them to actually put a plan in place and provide access (months). Work from anywhere is limited to 48 days, and you have to provide 2 weeks notice which can be frustrating. Pay is very low compared to other MSPs, a lot of work for near-minimum pay job which leads to a high staff turn over. Pay review is done toward end of year, despite the financial year ending in the middlesh of the year.
