Great pay/commission opportunities Fresh air and ability to be outdoors Not micromanaged Learn many cities near and up to a certain distance away Good energy (must have for appt setter) Challenge yourself daily You genuinely get exercise if your genuinely working.

Inclement weather = no pay Summertime= sweat Winter = frigid (I love cold though) Confirmation department assigns sales reps to leads. I often found weaker reps assigned my leads so they would dns (did not sell) affording confirmation the ability to then reassign a better rep to my lead which then regularly resulted in sales giving them the commission that I worked hard for.

They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
