You don’t have to work in an office

They don’t pay for your gas and 1/2 the places you drive an hour to aren’t even there when you show up. they keep you as a W2 employee so you can’t even claim anything, they don’t tell you your schedule until the day of, so you may work at 10am or 8pm. It’s ludicrous. Arrogant sales managers, just nonstop. Feels like they are actively trying to screw customers. Just a terrible old sales mentality.

They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
