Management has no idea what is going on within the company. I was repeatedly asked about things they should have known about—unorganized and no cohesion from the top down. Instead of helping you, they try to intimidate you, then ask if you want help. Was given all the work for a promotion but was not compensated for the work I was doing until I had been doing it for months, and had the raise I got thrown in my face when I was struggling due to everything being thrown on my plate at once.
