The three women that run the organization are overly emotional and unfriendly to anyone who is not part of their close circle. They believe that they're helping the clients but in reality they are not as they chase away any talent that comes to their organization. They would benefit from creating a friendly, inclusive, and supportive work environment instead of a hostile, fear driven, discipline centric work place.
