Benefits are fantastic, most other departments treat quality employees with respect and work well collaboratively.

Quality department is run by two people, and being run straight into the ground. These two individuals foster a power-hungry, egotistic, and manipulative environment. I have evidence that one of these individuals (early shift co-worker) was tampering with data I entered. Manager’s jealousy of the safety specialist is bizarre and disturbing. Overall, hard work and integrity are not rewarded, and are in fact penalized.
