Management has no idea whats going on, can come across people who d want you out, you wont get enough time to learn a new language before being onboarded on a project, bad place if you wish to specialise in a domain.

Company is people first. The CTO's human aspect is on next level. He literally keeps his employee first. Work enviroment is mostly chill (Sometimes not good depending on client). Work life balance is amazing, Company don't shad away weight but train the workforce. Peace of mind Remote first

They give priority to long term stability more than salary increment. Growth is slow.
