      - Went to lots of festivals - Met lots of young and young-at-heart people - Learned a lot from co-founders - Had free reign to build products and projects as long as I was willing to take the initiative

      As is the case with most startups, some felt it was a high-pressure environment. Also, when product-market-fit isn't locked down, there can be a lot of chaos, which some people might not have the stomach for. I noticed some devs thrived under these conditions, others not so much.

      - We're a startup based on festivals. Working on something you love and believe in with amazing and creative people. - The new office is awesome. - I feel like I have the opportunity to grow and learn new things. - Exciting to get funding from Live Nation! My mom is excited I have health insurance and now believes I work at a real company.

      - For a while direction and roles weren't super clear, but it seems like we're getting more focused after series A. - I feel like pay is still a little under market, but better now that we have funding and about what you'd expect for the size.

      Thanks for the feedback! As we continue to grow the team in this new stage, we'll be making a concerted effort to provide more clarity around direction and roles. Definitely want to make sure everyone is on the same page so we can move forward together!
