Vantaggi
-Growth. I have been promoted to different roles 6 times over. I have had the ability to work in 5 different offices. When I felt the need to move to a big city, I moved with the company & they supported me. When I wanted to move again, they helped me find another role in that city. Flexibility in location meant the world to me when it was what mattered most. There really isn't a ceiling in terms of growth, and between the many front and back office departments we have, I believe there is something for everyone here. This is truly a company that will reward you if you work hard. -Culture I have always loved the culture here; we have a pretty unique group, but you will find a common theme among us all: a drive to succeed, a competitive crowd to keep it fun, and a willingness to better yourself and others. We do team building events pretty often and they aren't a drag. I have done everything from go-kart racing to rock climbing with my colleagues. We also are pretty heavily involved with philanthropy/charity orgs. We partner with the ACS for Relay for Life and many offices have a smaller charity that they contribute to as well. -$$$ you can make ALOT of money here. You have to apply yourself though! also, the bonuses are fat. -Perks You get to talk to ALL sorts of people daily. While we are mostly IT focused, we are a full service recruiting company. I have met some really fascinating and intelligent people along the way - including the voice of Siri, and the man who invented the code for Chip readers. They provide $ monthly for gym memberships, we get discounts with many different companies (including cell phone and cable providers). The insurance provided is a little pricey but it's good. I've had some pretty major surgeries and didn't come out in extreme debt or anything.
Svantaggi
Some jobs are commission + base, & that's not for everyone. There are also salaried jobs for those who don't want to be on the front line. Not every job has remote capability yet- but I think eventually that will change Maternity/Paternity leave isn't great, but it's not the worst I've heard of either. Due to the nature of the job, stress is kind of inevitable. Things will happen that you just can't control. Some people handle that just fine, others don't. You'll know relatively quickly if this job is for you or not. Sales folks- **your cell phone is not fully paid for and you don't get a car. BUT you do get a car allowance, mileage, and a decent amount of your cell phone paid for in expenses each month. **the base pay is REALLY low. this is probably the biggest con IMO. however, the commission is uncapped. if you can get past the first few months of building your business up, the reward will likely be greater than you imagine.
