Lacked accountability for poor leadership; Most Directors/Manages are terrible in that they’re all talk and no action, or no reply; So tough to get anything done and streamlined; I would constantly check in for updates on action items and nothing… salaried staff need to be held more accountable, lose a ton of money, staff, and opportunity when there is no accountability…
