Awesome culture of growth and meritocracy - Lot's of opportunities to shine and grow your income. My favorite thing is that Everlight invests itself and it's people constantly - every year is much better than the last - the training, the conferences, and if you're on location you can go to one of the warehouses with an awesome space to hang out, get free drinks and NBA level basketball court. The best thing is probably just being a part of a team that kicks solid butt, TBH. Hard to find a place that does what it claims it does.

Not for you if you're looking to cruise and chill at work instead of trying to achieve and do the best work of your life. Flexibility is definitely required - either its fun for you to be a part of building the rocket and riding it every day or you should take a slow-paced job where there you don't feel challenged to level yourself up every month. It's not the place for you if you don't want coaching and bosses that let you know how well you are really doing.
