      Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You're continuously challenged and put into a position to be successful (as long as you want to work for it). Leadership is very transparent and approachable, actually think about their employees. "Culture" is normally looked at as a red flag when thinking of companies, but the recruitment and hiring team is amazing and there truly is a wonderful culture here, and all the teams are so cohesive and hardworking.

      Benefits could be better, but they're not bad and pretty understandable for a newer company.

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
