      Everlight has set my expectations extremely high for what my work environment and experience should look like. I truly feel like I work side by side with my friends, family and #1 supporters and it is the best feeling ever. I also really appreciate that in this company we are constantly challenging each other, I am always learning and growing and that I am constantly given a chance to have a work / life balance.       Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
