I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. First and foremost, I would like to assure you that our legal team does not write letters to Glassdoor - they’ve never been involved in any way. Glassdoor doesn’t allow anyone (lawyers or otherwise) to remove or alter reviews unless they are fraudulent or contain profanity, threats, or other things that violate Glassdoor’s community guidelines. The only people who respond to reviews or manage this account are HR or comms employees, or occasionally our CEO. None of us are lawyers. (BTW - Hi there! My name is Stace, and I’m Everlywell’s head of people).
I do want to say, I was really sad to read your review. Although you’re no longer with us, if there’s any feedback you’d like to share with us so we can be better, please don’t hesitate to reach out at people@everlywell.com. Transparency is indeed a company value, which is why we conduct anonymous employee feedback surveys twice a year and maintain several anonymous and non-anonymous ways of providing feedback. For anyone reading along, the results of our latest anonymous survey showed that 75% of employees gave us the highest rating possible as a great place to work, while 95% of respondents said they were proud to work for Everlywell. That said, we aren’t perfect and we realize feedback from past employees can help us be better. Stace
