I love the work environment it's friendly, professional, and management values it's employees. Upper Management values everyone's ideas and recommendations regardless of your place in the company. Because of this we are continually growing and improving as a company. They are committed to the growth and development of all employees.

We are a small company which means we all wear many hats and as a result the work/life balance sometimes is out of balance. I am confident as we continue to grow and hire people this will get better.
