I worked at this company for almost a year and it was the most stressed out I had ever been in my life. The management team is worse than gossiping high schoolers and will not help you succeed in your role. The environment is textbook toxic and they will tell you anything to get you in the door. The micromanaging is beyond suffocating and again, it’s not to be helpful- it’s to catch you and fire you at any chance they get. I personally felt uncomfortable with the nepotism in the company and the greed of the CEO. Above all, I would like to stress that this company doesn’t understand in diversity and inclusion.

They change the program and numbers all the time so your goal is moving and if you don’t hit it you’re out. But the program is to convince people to quit their full time job for flexibility but if they can’t hold up their end they will let the doctor go…
