Incredibly fast paced, everyone is working really hard
It feels that I'm never doing enough, not getting positive feedback
Not much of a grace period for new employees
Wishing I would've negotiated higher, had I known how much work this job would be!
A bit of a bummer that it's frowned upon to request for more than 2 wks of PTO at a time, unless for 5 year work anniversary
