Rapid growth creates a lot of day to day changes. Setting guardrails is a work in progress but has come a long way.

A lot of flexibility, without any semblance of micromanagement. Teams can be dynamic, with a diverse background and many people ready to help (if you know who to reach out to). Shout out to Dan for being a great colleague, and always willing to put my needs and requests first, even when you didn't have to. Company is going through rapid growth, and takes on a move fast and break things attitude, which is not common in consulting. Projects can be fun, and in person events with the team are a nice touch in an increasingly remote and isolated work environment.

There are no systems, structure, or policies in place. Things that are written are not followed, and management seems to follow their own rules. There is no way to escalate any real issues, and things you bring up fall on deaf ears. There were also rumors the leadership may not be operating entirely ethically, but when brought up to my manager (if you can even call them that), it did not go anywhere and my follow ups were not responded to. Compensation is a foregone conversation, with the bonus being entirely discretionary to what management feels like. There is no transparency, for pay, performance, or growth. I do not regret working here, but I experienced near zero personal growth here, and if I stayed any longer I would probably regress professionally with how cavalier some things are run here.
