      La cultura di Evolve è basata sul concetto di famiglia. Lavoriamo MOLTO duramente insieme, senza lasciare nessuno indietro. Se qualcuno finisce prima degli altri, non torna a casa prima ma rimane ad aiutare. Mangiamo insieme, passiamo del tempo insieme e usciamo insieme anche fuori dal lavoro. È un ambiente molto collaborativo dove le priorità sono creatività e pensare fuori dagli schemi. Ottimi benefit: 401k, copertura sanitaria, dentistica e oculista e tantissime ferie/vacanze. La dirigenza è estremamente flessibile con il calendario se hai bisogno di prenderti dei permessi. Le opportunità di crescita interna sono illimitate ed è possibile lavorare anche per alcune aziende della Cincotta&Co. La lealtà e il duro lavoro determineranno il tuo futuro in questa azienda e verrai premiato in base a queste caratteristiche.

      Svantaggi

      Lavorare per Evolve non è l'ideale per i deboli di cuore o per chiunque non sia in grado di accettare delle critiche costruttive. Sal (che attualmente è l'unico proprietario) stimola i suoi impiegati ogni giorno affinché diventino la versione migliore di sé stessi. Se fai un errore, dovrai prenderti le tue responsabilità: se non ti sta bene, questo lavoro non fa per te. Questo lavoro (per tutti) prevede un minimo di 50 ore a settimana. Durante la stagione alta (tra settembre e dicembre) si superano anche le 50 ore, ma durante il resto dell'anno si torna a casa alle 17 la maggior parte delle volte.

      When you become an employee for Evolve, you become part of a team. The overall moral and work environment is a positive and fun atmosphere. There are days we have music blaring, we are all conversing and sharing new ideas/ working on the betterment of the company, and there are also days where we throw headphones on and get to the grind. Working with a team mentality, we are all on the same page and do our best to stay in sync; communication is key. Sal (CEO) and Management are very accessible, easy to talk to, and are open to new ideas, critiques, and solutions. The hard work we put in is so rewarding, and it does not go unnoticed. I've worked really hard to earn the opportunities I've been given, and with those opportunities comes growth. The company offers full benefit options, 401k, PTO and sick days, flexible schedule, opportunity to grow within the company. Having a career at Evolve can be as fulfilling as you want it to be. If you are willing to put in the work, share ideas/ solutions and climb the ladder to the top, the opportunities are truly endless.

      Busy season is always an uphill battle, but over time the company has made changes to better manage and prepare each year. Expect to work longer hours in busy season. You have to work much harder to maintain that work/life balance, but it evens out in our slower season.
