Good benefits, they do not change so fast, as with most German companies, more or less loyal to employees. They are trying to change the culture, more diversity and appeal to the youth.
Svantaggi
They do not like risk. They ask you to be entrepreneurial, but don"t like if you fail or are too different. This is a German company and your career will slow down at mid-level manager, only if you stay in the US. This is just a matter of math, as 90% of executives are based in Germany.
