Massively understaffed in key teams Don't deliver on timescales for customer or staff stuff Operationally really poor In-fighting by senior staff Petty attitude by the general manager who thinks she knows everything, but really doesn't, and sucks up the chairman who believes everything she says. The products are dated and expensive in comparison to other competitors Others try to take credit for other people's hard work and pass it off as their own or their own ideas Too many junior staff are brought on to replace experienced ones when they leave as they are cheaper As soon as you leave you are dead to them, no matter how long you have worked there. The HR team are puppets to GM and Chairman and you cannot trust them not to tell confidential information to them. Training is very poor throughout the company, especially from the operations side. Morale in the company is very low, and the culture is not great either. They are living on their reputation, which is from years ago, and not a reflection of what it is now and they are losing customers because of it.
