Everyone else can look forward to making little money on bonus. Base salaries are cheap. The goal of management is to sell the company and run. The line staff are the vehicle towards that goal. Nothing else matters to them. A truly toxic culture. The North Korea of diagnostics / pharma companies. Stay far far away!!!
