      Full benefits, lunch on some days provided, patients were very kind, some staff were great to work with,

      The staff did not have great training skills. There is no room to grow after being a study coordinator. The environment felt like we couldn't socialize or have fun with each other, just the supervisors. Management would put a lot of pressure on the study coordinator to do way too much without much knowledge.

      every other Friday off 2 lunches a week provided

      poor management - I worked my job and the recruiter's as well as helped three other people, including my boss, do their jobs and was still told I wasn't a team player low pay - pays $3+ lower than all competing companies favoritism towards those who had been there longer - they barely worked, came and went as they pleased, spent most of the time on their phones and dressed inappropriately even though business casual was required
