Salary paid on time every month

Management is very traditional thinking and unwilling to accept or learn new knowledge due to high ego. They look like a bunch of leeches, getting high pay and wait for retirement. When they dont have knowledge, they act like they know everything. They couldn’t think out of the box and always revert back to square 1 when facing any obstacles.

nice colleagues but thats all you get

low pay, almost no career progression and pathetic benefits seniors all kissing management feet everyone keeps leaving and handover of projects code is a mess for those applying for IT related jobs here, please stay away and save your time
