Hard working Direct Care Staff despite not having formal wage increases for the last three years, and none for the foreseeable future per the CEO. Helping the individuals we serve grow and achieve there dreams. Great co-workers that truly care about the individuals but can only do so much to help the situation. I had the best times being employed here when we were a smaller company.

Ever since the expansion in 2012-13 there has been 2 CEO'S and 3 complete changes in Human Resources department, each one with all new ways of doing things. This makes for an unstable organization. As a Supervisor there are new policy changes almost monthly and that has been going on since the expansion. Low pay for Direct Care Staff plus today's workforce makes for some trying times for Supervisors and Associate Directors.
