This company is established for more than 25 years and is moving forward with an innovative FinTech solution so small to mid-size banks. They expect to quality performance but give deadlines to afford you the time to meet their expectations. You will work hard and you will be rewarded with getting to know an amazing team. 2 weeks after I started this position I was offered a position for more money and I didn't hesitate in turning it down. Compared to my other QA positions, I'd be a total jerk to not acknowledge I've stumbled upon a great company that really does care about it's employees. eLabs does not try and squeeze the last drop of life out of you.

The only issue I have is it takes a bit to earn a decent amount of vacation time. Other than that, I'd recommend this company to anyone.
