That being said, this is truly an entrprenurial environment and is a great organization for individuals who truly motivated to succeed. Not a great place if you are looking for just " a job."

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
