I’m not quite certain why this one negative review is posted. I have no issues with this company and have enjoyed every day I have been here. I have had zero problems with President Bowen. If I did; I know I can talk to her or the owners and I know my concerns would be heard. I think the negative review was from a person who was terminated and upset about that. There is a strong open door policy here so if past employee had any issues they should have raised them with management. Laura cares about her team and her employees and their families. SHe helps us do our job everyday and sincere. We have performance metrics weekly so we know where we stand and their are no surprises. Love epoints reward system but wish I could earn more.
