No threshold and you can earn 40% of your billings, which is leading in our market.

- the only drawback is the basic salaries aren't as competitive as other recruitment businesses but the commission and free parking more than makes up for the £2000 someone else might offer and unlike other companies they are here to invest in you in the long term.
