Vantaggi

Some of the people are actually very nice. Ohio isnt a bad state. They give you health insurance and dental and vision.

Svantaggi

Management will fire you and others for no apparent reason. Citing "bad cultural fit" Most of the 3D exhibit designers who have to do about 2-4 million dollars worth of design submittals and billing a year gets paid around 50-80k. I think other industries compensate people much better.

Vantaggi

Exhibit Concepts believes and invests in their employees. Leadership is focused on improving the business and supporting stakeholders. There is a family feel and the environment is not only fun and creative but full of great people.

Svantaggi

There are many components to this industry. That can make it difficult to wrap your head around processes right away. EC is continuously strategizing how to improve training for new and tenured emplyees.

Vantaggi

The Exhibit Concepts team (specifically fabrication) is beyond talented. Most employees are genuine, friendly, and hard working. The project portfolio is pretty cool. There is potential for it to become a great company again.

Svantaggi

The executive team is driving the company into the ground. Leaders that could change the culture are too close to retirement to risk speaking up. Abysmal communication, an abhorrent lack of accountability, and an overwhelming absence of transparency has become the accepted norm. Employees that do stay are misled, overworked, taken advantage of, and not appreciated. Turnover continues to rise, leadership’s “listening tours” just seem like a way to identify dissenting employees, and there is never any attempt at making an impactful change.
